Two days of 40°C (104°F) in London with no AC and I was done can’t imagine having 90 every week for months like some of these US states. If I lived in the US I would stay up West (Bay Area) or up North

I HATE hot weather. I don't like anything over around 85. in the south it's like 100+, then even at night time, it's still in the mid 90's, so u never get any relief the ENTIRE summer. essentially u spend the whole summer in the crib.

Not just water. Please start taking more Electrolytes. They are responsible for electrical impulses in your body, hydrate your body, and regulate nerve and muscle function

You lose ALOT of Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium, and Calcium when you are sweating and in heat

Powerade, Gatorad, vitamin water or Coconut water for the natural brehs/brehettes. Been drinking coconut water the last two weeks I have a physically demanding job too, never felt better that shyt pick you RIGHT up

When u drink water u have to piss.. sometimes places don’t be letting city workers like that use the restroom so u gotta drive off your route or drive home… which adds time .. and then the supervisor is breathing down your back along with the customers because no one actually gives a fukk about you, they only care about their package. And then your job Is in jeopardy and if you bring a bottle and piss in it in the back of truck and someone finds out u gotta deal with that shyt.

Also.. that’s a skinny mf in the video so he already don’t have enough water weight in his system to sweat it out during hot days and cool off.

My point is, everyone needs to start thinking about everyone other than themselves.

Yea he needs to drink water and Gatorade but those trucks need AC, and people should be more understanding.
