I thought JT should've been the starter all along. The dude is a winner and was breaking records until the injury . I hated how OSU and the nation threw Barrett in the bushes when he was the reason they were in good position in the first place . Hopefully Barrett balls out like last year so he can show people AGAIN how good he is

They should. Zeke has rushed over a 100yrds each game and has scored each game. They just wasn't feeding him much. We'll see how it works out. JT is a capable passer, just doesnt have that rocket 12 gauge got. Hell theres nfl qbs who dont have Dale arm strength

Why would you draft him based off 4 games breh? Trust me I'm not the average Coli breh I know a good bit about sports. Those pro scouts would have grilled him and found out that he wouldn't be ready. Remember 2010 when Cam came out and scouts were saying he probably wasn't ready after playing 1 season of college ball

I get that they wern't feeding him much but if he's still getting 100 yd/game that means with his limited carries he's able to succeed. I think that has a lot to do with cardale. Unfortunately, the WR core has no deep threat this season (ala Smith) so those deep ball plays arent as available but there is still success from a decent balance between run/pass game.

I know JT can throw a bit, but it seems like now a lot of the big plays are gonna have to come from the run game.

As long as the team wins im fine w/whatever the decision is but i really dont think Cardale was doing so "bad" to lose his starting spot.

It wasn't even that Cardale was playing bad, the whole offense was outta sync to include play calling. Wr's core is depleted, its a lot. I still think Cardale will play. He'll get his chance again.

Jt should have been the starter. Younger and more mature. Not as big but way more athletic. And he has a pretty good arm too. Yes Cardale can throw 70 Yds but how many plays are designed for that.

You realize Elliot is number 3 in rushing yards and only 10 yards behind the #2. The number one leading rusher is the clear heisman favorite right now. Elliott is on pace to rush for damn near 2000 yards. The run game is far from a problem.

my point wasn't that zeke/the run game has not been productive tho. that would be a dumb point to make considering the chumps they've faced.

my point is the games cardell did not look so good in against those inferior opponents that they "struggled" with they would be running little cute shyt (reverses/screens/outside runs) early in the game instead of letting zeke run straight up the middle to soften the defense up for cardale. hustling backwards basically. zeke being the superstar that he is ofcourse is going to eventually bust it open if u give it to him. but early in games that I watched they were not pounding teams with him consistently.

@everybody going in on Cardale being a dumb fukk. Yea he shoulda bounce but the hype machine was just to much, he started believing his own press. Urban should have pushed him more to go so this situation wouldn't have happened in the first place.

Also that nikka to emotional to be a true leader, nikka to busy being mad at ppl and stalking hoes on social media.

Urban finally made the right call, we looking much better now.
