They've gotta be working on a mutually beneficial seperation. Urban has no respect in that locker room and rightfully so. He should go coach USC, the Jaguars should go get a pro head coach and everyone moves on.

Professionalism.
He is the manager and public faces of a billion dollar corporate entity.
He is not producing results, and abandoned his employees on a business trip to be caught dancing and grinding on a woman that wasn't his wife, while he publically claims to be a family man and christian.
He makes his company look terrible, and as the players are saying when this shyt bleeds into work meetings and lose of any respect for him, it gets bad quickly.
Listening to Michael Lombardi on the Pat McAfee Show, and he's going in. He said a recruiter like Urban Meyer isn't built for the NFL because his success is tied with having better players than his opponents as opposed to the better X's & O's
It's honestly true too.
You saw Urban's mindset when he said every week is like playing Alabama. 9 times out of 10 his team has a pronounced talent advantage in college, which means he really only plays 2-3 'tough' games a year. In the NFL, every game is tough and pretty much even the worst teams all have NFL calber talent and can kick you in the ass if you aren't prepared.
I didnt even read past professionalism... what you do outside your job, that aint a crime, is not our business or cares...
We should just start cutting players if they cheat on their girlfriends or wives now?

It's honestly exposed him. We saw it in Gainesville once Tebow, Percy and company left for the NFL. He had it cozy at OSU, but he definitely over reached himself.

Players get punished and publically shamed for a variety of factors that have nothing to do with their on field performance, there is a reason the commissoner's players list was created.
