My point is Im the Executive Director of my company so needless to say, I have employees under me. I've heard about a few things that "may" have gone on in the personal life of an employee. But since I dont know if its true or not and mostly because it doesnt have shyt to do with the my company or the checks I sign, idgaf and nether would the Board, let alone suspend me for someone else's possible discretions. If theres something going on that shouldnt, then that domestic situation gets handled domestically.

I already said that if its in his contract then thats on him. In regard to the board, Im talking about MY company and my board, not OSUs. My overall point had nothing to do with his contract and everything to do with social norms in todays climate. Not that they dont exist, but that in many situations, such as this one, shouldnt exist. Case in point, if she isnt even going to the police and just making claims, that should in no way fall on someone else as a punishable offense....even if its in someone's contract. Im saying that it shouldnt be. You seem to think that Im challenging whether or not they can suspend or fire dude. Im not.
