Was there any proof that Urban KNEW that Smith was hitting his wife and still keeping him on the staff? You can't just fire someone off of assumptions especially in relationships. That can get a employer into a lawsuit and the couple may denied it in court. Plenty of couples need counseling. I'm not saying that I condone DV or that she is lying. What i'm saying is did she report it to Urban earlier than the incident in 2015? It not his job to snoop into people relationship until there is an issue that can bring a negative light to the program. He had to intervene in 2015 because his wife told him and there was a report? Per his statement, he did his due diligence and reported it to his boss. Smith isn't shyt and should have been fired earlier for being a shytty WR coach. Zach knows that he fukked up badly and gotten that talk from a couple of people to man up and eat the bullet.
