Urban was bought in because he's what the Jags needed: AN ESTABLISHED EXECUTIVE STYLE COACH. Not some coordinator who's great at drawing up plays but has no experience bringing it all together.
Urb says he's here to MANAGE everything. He's not calling any plays and he's not at practice all up in the cameras...he has coordinators for that.
The hires he's made don't come with a rookie coach.
