If Kelly and Cortez Masto both win, which it's looking like they will, I think that gives Warnock enough momentum to win.

Republicans will be deflated because Dems will have held the Senate, but Dems will turn out because it will increase the chances of making Manchin and/or Sinema irrelevant.
