URL/SMACK: Shotgun Suge vs. Charron

Charron never seems to prepare his rounds according to a time limit lol. Dude's first was like a fortnight.

That said, I'm going Charron 2-1. His third was almost a gimmick but it seems like 50% of the time nikkas are using a part of their round to yell out other nikkas to get more battles. Sug wasn't weak though, Charron just knew how to get the crowd and freestyled his ass off without stumbling.

Watching this now and I want to give the 1st to Charron, but really I could have done without a good 1/3rd of his round.

Charron most def benefitting from the "whoa, the white dude has some rhymes, so lets overreact!" phenomenon. If it was a black or brown dude rapping like that people would not be losing their minds over it.

I did like the 'Juice' scheme he did, and thought he got clearly got round 2 tho. I thought suge clearly took round 3, and I'm not sure about the first. Kinda comes down to preference, and I don't give extra points to freestyles or rebuttals. Might have to watch it again someday.

Battle seems exciting to people because the match up is a weird gimmick, I guess? Idk. Overall, I wasnt too impressed by either one of them, because they both took super predictable approaches. I think it turned out better on URL than it would have on kotd tho.
