I don't feel that way but I completely understand it. Things happen but they gotta know how to address things and minimize problems. They need hands to move things/ppl to get these events moving properly especially if they gonna stack the cards like this. Fans should support and everything but you gotta actually give a fukk about your customers. Better PR and better customer service is necessary. When they mock fans complaining, they look like entire goofs. Beasley really does that a lot. Like I'd want to expect updates on stuff they gonna do on the app by someone like when to expect them to say something about improving things.
They need a face to put the grievances on and be the problem solver imo.
