Someone said it, Ace just needs more poise. An Ace with poise and better preparation is top three in his class imo, but even saying that shyt you feel like one of those truthers that say shyt like ‘if Russ Westbrook just took care of the ball better.’ At this point it’s clear that the shyt isn’t happening, so you’re left with an incandescent but severely flawed product.

Still think he won this battle though (second and third) but I can understand why the judges game it to Cor. Even when he wasn’t choking it felt like he was on the verge of choking, and that’s super disruptive to a battle. shyt was just choppy man. Cortez was ass in this one though imo

I gave it to Cortez 2-1. Ace got the 3rd clear. And Cor got that 1st clear. The 2nd was close to me. I really liked that timeline shyt Cor and Ace had some good material. But he was still somewhat choppy to me in that 2nd a little bit.
