thats the crazy 2nd round niggs been puttin gas on for the last 24 hours? it was good, but it started light just like tez's round ended. that was not a clear round. toss up, fr fr, & if what cor is saying is true about ace getting that bar from tez vs. official, then you can bump that down.

but again, that wasnt a clear left earf round by ace. nothing to fry these judges the way these bloggers been doing for the past day. real talk, bloggers run with just as many narratives as the battlers. theyre all wwe.

The only thing that drew a sustained reaction for Tez in the second was his “they vaulted your life” shyt, and that shyt is cringeworthy in the extreme. The fukk kinda person makes fun of someone for getting locked in this culture? It was weird when Arsonal did it to Geechi, but at least he correlated the shyt to battle rap and his simplicity as a battle rapper (you can’t think outside a box), Tez basically just made fun of the nikka for doing a bid.

He also had a bar insinuating that Ace got life for armed robbery and when Ace said “I got ten years” he repeated that 10 years is life (which is obviously nonsense). I thought Tez’s material top to bottom in that second was terrible (it was an underwhelming Tez from the jump actually and a giant step away from what he had in that Official battle), and I think that’s a primary factor in people giving the battle to Ace (in addition to him having some legitimate haymakers).

Again though, delivery and performance is a large part of what makes a battler good/great and Ace is severely lacking in that area way too often. caps was accurate, Ace put himself in a position to be denied that money based on that alone.

Was typing from recall so you might be right. shyt was garbage any way you slice it though. Cortez anticipated that Ace might say that his battles get vaulted consistently and Tez’s written response to that was ‘oh yeah, well you got locked up in real life.’ shyt was ass.

I do think a quality Cortez could’ve beaten this Ace especially. The Tez that went against official would’ve won this clearly, but this was more like the Tez that went against Ryda.

Ace's 2nd round was dope but in comparison to his choppiness....Tez was cleaner and that timeline angle really hit yet the freestyle was so-so. So with that said, I edged Cor that 2nd. I know folks wanted to go by the material but if anything, Ace was slightly less choppy in the 2nd but still choppy.
