How do they know this though? Was there a study done? How did they even come up with the average IQ of 104? What was the science behind that? The dude who sued about this went on to be a prison guard.

Being a cop is overrated honestly speaking... If your not getting calls for medical assistance, accidents and crimes in progress or past to investigate then you just sitting around.. Some places you can go an entire shift without getting called for 1 job..
Doesn’t take an advanced degree to be a cop.. just a general education and common sense..
Majority of cops lack common sense
Ignoring the source you got this from, which is about as trustworthy as your average 40 year old's Facebook page; policing in the US involves a willful ignorance, an inherent prejudice, and an unquestioning outlook. The conclusion makes sense.
