You are clearly not paying attention. They have had a major outbreak in a prisons in Ohio and in food plants in South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and North Dakota. Oklahoma also fears that it has a major outbreak brewing.

Certain states have peaked or currently peaking. I'm from NY and we're finally seeing less deaths and a drop in hospitalizations but our confirmed cases are still really high. This is why people were arguing for more testing in the first place, because we'd not only be able to see the spread of virus but come up with plans on limiting its spread.

The thing that blows my mind is that New York had that many cases even thought the people there took the virus seriously from the jump.

I can not even imagine the number of cases that are about pop off in other places where the people did not take the virus seriously.

We haven't peaked yet same with other states. And other countries in the world for that matter haven't peaked. The second wave hasn't arrived although some speculate that this is the second wave.

These governors are gonna reopen everything too soon, the infections and death rate will skyrocket, and they'll close again and we'll have to start this quarantine/shelter in place all over again.

The death rate is going way down
