If it's tech that Chinese and Russians possess, they're testing the waters, and could be game changing. If it's Aliens, then nothing matters. Not the Super Bowl, or your religion, sex, sexual orientation. We would either be dead after first contact, or we have to share our resources and planet with a group of interstellar refuges.
