US Justice Dept has opened a probe into the daily fantasy sports companies ( draft kings etc)

The investigation is because some dumbasses that worked for Draft Kings and FanDuel were making plays on insider information and got caught.

Back when they were cracking down on internet Gambling in the mid-2000's the exempted fantasy sports from all of that. The 2006 Unlawful Internet Gambling Act signed by George Bush explicitly listed Fantasy Sports as a game of skill and therefore legal. The right people have been well aware of fantasy sports, it's the insider trading shyt that's got them in a jam.
