I’m pretty sure it’s something to gain from it from all sides. Even Somalis. I think it’s more of trying to contain a rising terrorist group and not let it get too big like ISIS. It’s in everybody best interests for Al-Shabab to be defeated. America probably only got troops there to train with air support help to the other countries troops. Kenya really dnt have an Air Force.

Yea it’s fukked its fukked up but it’s apart of war. The militants purposely expose civilians to get shot at for the news can be against the Americans. They will shoots mortars from school yards and civilians areas knowing that the US will most likely not strike back and if they do strike back they will get shyt on my western media. It’s called human shields tactic. The terrorist purposely put their own people in danger just for the US to make hard decisions with strikes.


Somalia is a war torn shythole with no real army....so they got other neighboring countries doing their dirty work. So we there basically helping Kenya and Ethiopia. Because that’s who benefits the most.

so yes, technically EVERY president is a war criminal, especially post WW2 when we started using technology to drop bombs

technically presidents can't be arrested or charged for war crimes

but in the documentary FOG OF WAR, Mcnamara said he and LBJ use to have private concerns about being tried as war criminals over Vietnam << his words, not mine
