This is the first time I am hearing about this occurring on White House grounds though. CIA supposedly ruled out foreign adversaries.
Oddly enough many UFO witnesses have also supposedly reported having the same symptoms. Not saying its connected. There is definitely something odd going on though.

So the implication is that another country has a weapon that can cause this issue..... We sure this aint our own people doing this???? Would anyone really put it past the CIA to do some shyt like this?
I personally think its a foreign adversary. CIA ruled it out but I don't think they're being truthful. They may not want people to panic and for it to be exposed we have no defense against it.

Folks blaming Russia, but very likely a US weapon used/developed in the 60s to combat Russia in Cuba. Then it got into the “wrong” hands over time.
