When it was happening outside of the country, it's another country. Now that it's internal I think it is an internal copycat. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a far right operative embedded in a government organization.

I don't think it's easy enough or worth the risk to sneak this kind of technology into the country when there so many easier ways to get the end result while remaining inconspicuous.

I don't trust anything the fukking CIA says , they're easily one of the most evil government entities in human history. I also 100% wouldn't rule out it being someone in our own country or government based on the way the past few years have gone. There's also no way in fukk Russia has this kind of technology. It's either China, someone in the US government or one of our allies imo
