Untrained idiots. Nothing with the police will change until they start giving that work to the White people that suck up to them. When these type of things keep happening to White people nationally then we will see reform.
I think it's a matter of training. Not just a few bullsht continuing education classes but years. I'm picturing something similar to other careers that cant afford mistakes like pilots or docs.

For example, pilots can still get a license after a 6month course; just like cops do but they spend nearly a decade training (including copilot time)before being allowed to take control of passenger lives at an airline .

It makes no sense that you can take a 6month course and immediately be given authority to kill people.

:dahell:

that man had time to assess the situation.

this wasn’t a case where the police just barged into his house with weapons drawn.

he made the decision to come open the door, see who was at his door, and then pointed a gun at them.

that man said fukk his kids & wife at that point imo..because if he really gave a fukk about his life & his families then he wouldn’t have went out like that.
I have to agree because even the wife eventually surrendered.

As someone with a registered firearm who’s had police knock on his door at 2 AM once probably hoping I’d do something stupid, he should’ve had his gun in reach, but not visible and he also should’ve looked out of his window or peephole to see who was at his door before opening it.

I’m not blaming him for his death and the police were definitely wrong from the address to the shooting, but he probably could’ve played that one differently.

I think people who are laying blame at the feet of the VICTIM aren’t looking at it from what could be his point of view

If Police were already in the area due to a domestic violence situation, the VICTIM could have been armed due to previous problems in the neighborhood. The article said even his WIFE was armed, clearly some shyt had went down in that neighborhood before
