I think the problem is Obama can't provide aid domestically, he'd need congressional approval. So in a sense, no he can't give give blacks reparations. But he can provide aid to Africa, Ukraine, etc.

If you fund politicians as a group and have an agenda, you can get your needs met. Hence the Gay Community with marriage/Don't Ask Don't Tell, and the Latino community with immigration.

You kats don't understand. We get a pass on foolishness when we have a Democrat in office. At least, that's how the media has been acting anyway. And they have been getting a pass on all manner of stuff until this point. I doubt folks will seriously start right now over Ukraine. Also, the US blowing aid packages isn't newsworthy at all. This just got reported. Look up how often we do this in general. The homefront is routinely the last that gets taken care of. It's just that the way the American people look at it is this......as long as my favorite political party is running thangs and especially if the President I like repping my party is running thangs I will turn a blind eye and then get indignant when it's the other way around. Politicians are so hip to this game but folks act like they are really at each other's throats like that. And yes all of this is political.
