No conspiracy theory, from those on the ground, this aint like treating an Ebola outbreak in your neighborhood as its not Ebola itself that's hard to stop, its the conditions that allow it to spread. That's hard to change overnight compared to just isolating those two doctors which is hard and expensive in the first place. If they weren't sponsored by their own organizations they wouldn't have made it.
