Ehhh, black ppl are doing well economically in Texas. What sense would it make for them to up and move, to form some mythical superstate in the Southeast, when your numbers are healthy and growing in your current location? Texas is just fine for the black people that choose to live there.

There's no need for blacc ppl in other states, especially in Texas to up n move to the south east especially when you consider the average blacc person does better economically in Texas as well as blacc communities in Texas having way lower crime rates compared to blacc communities in thr south east

I say Huntsville will have exactly tha same demographics it did at 10 years ago, 20 years ago, hell tha same it did in 1950 when Huntsville wasn't shyt but a mill town, with black ppl at about a third of tha population. With the influx of Mexicans into the state, and the Vietnamese population being significant in the coastal area, the state is damn near a black state. Of course, whites are still the majority.

Its the history with those states. Its already a lot of black people out there. It’s the agriculture out there. Mississippi has some of the best soil. We’d encourage more black folks to become farmers. Plus we’d control the ports.
