Im not saying to keep him, im saying Its a big ass risk to change coach right smack dead in qualifying. The 4 months + the current time left in qualifying might not be the right situation to get us out due to time. Basically we're kinda fukked in this situation.

But if were gonna change coaches it would have to be right now, if they replace him with arena then were going back 5 steps
