Well it started out as a campaign by the French media when he kept on winnin the Tour de France and it grew from there. Then there is the story of finding used needles in a bin many miles away from the teams hotel.

Do you know how easy it was - and still easy for that matter - to either dupe a drugs test or escape from having one? Do you know how many hundreds and thousands of cyclists that were doping 'passed' drug tests?

Multiple team mates have said he was doping, he was the top cyclist when everyone else was doping and he was on teams brimming full of dopers and led by people in favour of doping - dude was a motherfukking doper, and that cancer bullshyt doesn't change shyt.

People that bring up the 500 tests don't know the first thing about the culture surrounding professional cycling. Passing tests in pro cycling whilst doping was a piece of piss.
