This is a very common situation most Men find themselves in. The biggest gem I can drop about how to handle it is this:
She is very attracted to you, but just shy of the mark of what we want. On a scale of 1-10 she is attracted to you about a 7 out of 10. For a Woman to have sex with you it's got to be 8 or above.
You have a couple of options here, but the best one hands down is to temporarily charge her to the game passively and stack your roster. When she feels she gets put on the bleachers, sometimes that 7 will bump up to an 8 based on the fact you have other options alone, sometimes only to a 7.5 - At which point let's you know to immediately dismiss her.

Just remember this, females who have sex on the 1st date are not necessarily sluts. But if they don't have sex with you by the 3rd in most cases they are simply not interested enough. It depends on the culture sometimes though and I'd add an additional 2-3 cheap dates for Women from traditional cultures. But if we are talking month 3 of no sex then yeah give her those nosebleed section seat tickets to your life

I usually fail when they want to argue about it, because I know my value, and they want to complain about how shallow you are or talk to you like you just want sex from them and I have to knock em back down to earth and let them know, I do want it... but she's obviously very ignorant to talk to me that way seeing as to how if I wanted sex, I have plenty of ways to get that, with someone who actually knows what they are doing.
