Washed is a harsh term. Better to say peaked. You still have to have a dedicated fan base. It's just that fan base is no longer teenagers that are willing to travel from city to city to sell out your concerts. When i was a kid, getting tickets to an out of state concert was nothing, now though, they gotta be performing at my local concert hall otherwise, pass. That's generally how it is as your audience gets older, so vegas allows you to go to a place where alot of your fans still travel to.
