let's keep it real, from 97-2005 he was a bigger star than her and had way more hits.

Its 7 o'clock on the dot I'm in my drop top cruising the street....All the way to confessions dude had it. Even after confession dude had some dope songs here and there but his star faded.

Obviously he won't match confessions level but he shouldn't be chasing trends like he did with that no limit song. Don't get me wrong no limit is cool for what it is but it seems that's beneath usher

he started makin' bullshyt ass music after confessions and he's NEVER come close to makin' music on par with that album and his previous albums
usher had the world in the palm of his hands after confessions too; he was suppose to own r&b after that
it's a shame too, because bruh can still sing and dance but he just too busy chasin' trends instead of settin' them now

remember that wack ass edm phase he went though? all that wack ass david guetta and will i am bullshyt music he was puttin' out

He just did a sold out arena tour last year :yeshrug:

As for the album, he just scared to drop. He could've been put something out with all the music he's dropped the past 2 years or so.

Need to just get Breezus Christ to EP the next album

if i was usher's manager this is what i would recommend

scrap that no limit bullshyt asap!

let's do an unplug or live concert for bet. let's remind day 1/old fans and reintroduce you to a new generation with a live cd of your hits. it's almost sept now

then i would come right back with a christmas album for december. in this day and age, you gotta keep the music comin' but without oversaturatin'

because the christmas album would be covers, he can knock that out like it ain't nothin' in no time

now in the meanwhile, be doin' shows here and there and just poppin' up so your face stays in the public eye

all the while, just workin' on the new album; workin' back with jermaine dupri. dupri does wonders for usher and mariah carey. he got magic with those 2 artists

by next summer, have the album ready to put out with larger than life singles to dominate the game and an album filled with nothin' but great songs. very well written and produced songs

usher need to get back with dupri. he needs to work with him and babyface

usher too busy tryin' to sound like all these nikkas that were actually lookin' up to him over 10 years ago instead of bein' a man, his own man and makin' music for where he's at now in his life

#1: Jermaine Dupri was responsible for a lot of those early Usher hits, he felt he didn't need Jermaine anymore...I guess he was wrong.

#2: Chris Brown...Usher was the male singer dancer, till Breezy crushed them buildings. I remember watching Usher perform at the BET one year not to long after Chris and all I could think of was :flabbynsick:.

#3: Get Married Brehs, that shyt was all downhill from there.

#4: Usher don't fit in this Trap R&B era.

Only read the beginning of your post, horrible advice. Hate it or love it that "no limit" track is a huge hit already which is probably a big reason this thread was made in the first place. Nothing wrong with giving an artist a plan for sustainable success but you dont just throw away a song that the masses enjoys.

I was about to write this. Once he got married to that busted single mom now ex-wife, he lost his fans. He never recovered from that.

They didn't see him in the same light. I didn't look at him the same. It was like you're Usher :snoop: , you're better than that. :mjcry:

:flabbynsick: ever since.
