Pretty sure not bathing properly greatly increases your chances of getting eczema and psoriasis.

I developed eczema in my first year of college. I was so stressed out that I wasn't even showering :snoop: when I went to the doc he looked at my skin like :beli: I could tell he was thinking "go home and wash ya ass thoroughly before you apply this cream you nasty muthafukka"
hmm, showering/bathing/washing too often actually did more to dry out my skin and cause my eczema to flare up tho. at its worst, eczema had a nka taking ice cold showers and everything :sadbron:

If your dirty enough to need to scrub extra hard with a cloth i suggest you go learn some table manners.

I use either a bar of soap or liquid bath wash and im cleaner than a whistle. Who wants to deal with a soggy wash cloth that isnt even doing as much of a job that you think it is.

And ive tried the wash cloth method. It is in no way superior and im sure most of yall are lying when you say you use one.

stop it scum & go buy some rags

You have to hydrate your skin too. After you shower rub some hydrating lotion on yourself. I used this shyt:

and it helped it clear up along with the medicated ointment my doc gave me. I didn't even need to use the whole thing, only ended up using about half of that ointment :myman:
