To be honest we already know the answers to those questions. I'm sure he'll spout some bullshyt but his intentions are pretty transparent.

The bigger question is who has the legal authority to actually do something about it and how soon are they going to do it. Opening up an investigation is useless if he's going to just continue to fukk up the mail while it's going on.
