Alcohol sold in Utah is only up to 2% alcohol content unless you buy from a state run liquor store that is heavily taxed

I don't understand how they have all these statistics on drunk driving deaths, alcohol-related deaths, yet they still market it like its a party on the beach and have Bars open all over the country.
