That Damn rhythm nation produced 3 #1 hits in 89,90,and 91
:mjlol: At these Knee Jerk Reactions. Of Course Paula couldn't sing :martin:

Lets not front...... she had hits and was one of the biggest stars of the late 80's

You Obviously was not around in the late 80's

and why are you posting these songs?

I Have all of Bobby's albums :mjlol:

If you were around in the 80s good guy you would know “Don’t Be Cruel” the single was what was carrying Bobby in 88 but he still didn’t catch on fire until the end off 88 going into 89. Bobby was still touring DBC in 90 while Hammer was tearing shyt up. I’m just poking holes in your timeline nothing major

Besides if Bob’s name still didn’t carry in 90 91 then why did Mike run to Teddy for a similar mix?

Curiosity made me google the stats and OP might not be lying :ohhh:

Paula’s debut album had like four number one singles back to back and went 7x platinum. Some joint said it was the most successful debut album At the time of its release. :ooh:

It was the first time an artist had an album with that many #1 songs. :patrice:

Yea man I had to check my self honestly lol

I'm sensitive about the shyt because Bob was the closest we got to Mike at his peak and his career should have been bigger but he threw it away

Sorry for being mean to you. Paula sold like 8 Bob sold like 8...follow up Paula sold 3 Bob sold 2

That is the exact Reason why the comparison was made :mjlol:

Bobby's career is more comparable to Paula Abdul than Michael Jackson.
They both had their 15 minutes of Solo fame and that was it. Next Was Hammer then his time was over. :yeshrug:
