The man in the pic(Jose Mourinho) dropped Casillas(the fraud in goal) when he was at Real Madrid because he was declining. Casillas however is the golden boy and "white knight" of the club, so the fans, media and players weren't happy with Mourinho when he decided to permanently drop him and pretty much turned on him, which eventually led to Mourinho leaving.

The gaffes and errors from Casillas this season and at the world cup have proved that Jose was right and that Casillas is finished.
