You have to "unlock" the map (as well as several other things in the game).

I'll give you a hint tho, its hidden on a stage but not the first one.

This is cool, would love to run some co op on this. The basic graphics are deceptive because the game is very much a constant dopamine loop. One of my favorite titles in the last 5 years.
