The Wife and I watch a show called Reasonable Doubt on Hulu (good show my the way). A new season started last week. They have this new character who clearly isn’t an actress. I told my Wife this chick must know the producers or had a HUGE following because why would this serious show choose this non acting woman for a decent sized role.

Wifey said her name is Cash Doll. I don’t know who that is but why give her the role.

Hollywood is a weird place and this singers and rapper seem to have an easy way into roles over actors who grind for years. It sucks to be an actor and fight for your break but have to compete with them.

I figured that is who you were referring to. Kash Doll isn’t the worst but mannnn her subpar actin in this role stands out like a sore thumb. I know they could have cast better for that role.

To be fair lesser known actors always get cannibalized by well known actors when they go for the same roles
