I used to work with him at TMZ. He's a cool dude, but we used to feel bad for him because he actually thought Harvey and those guys liked him. The truth was they clowned him all the time but he didn't get it. Oh, and Mike Didn't stand up for him. Lol

I can see it. This is where a lot of people need to understand that at work. You mostly have friendly acquaintances, I’ll maybe have 1 or 2 people I see outside work but everyone else are workmates only and there is a balance to be had.As when shyt hits the fan Most people will look out for their job over you.
This doesn’t mean be at work. You can still be friendly and approachable but know that you’re at work and behave accordingly.

When I used to watch TMZ Van was by and far the most smartest and quick witted of any of them. Trump coming to power and how that got a lot of people to come out as MAGA changed the atmosphere and conversations they would have. And knowing your boss is a massive Trump supporter, and suddenly a lot of his workmates were coming out as MAGA should have clued him in that maybe it’s time he move on.
