He flips houses full time and has a show on the DIY network and I'm guessing still tours. Not making money hand over fist, but wouldn't shock me if he was making well into six figures a year.

If he actually still has the publishing etc then I don't think it would be too far off that. It has come right back around now to be a "remember this back in the day" thing as well as now a retro thing people use in movies and tv etc anytime they want to make people think of that time in history or even to make fun of someone who thinks they're a rapper and shyt. They have to pay licensing, publishing and all that.
