I can speak from the experience of my country and the truth is that the choice that worked was to find a way to treat the cancer ourselves. Pinochet was put in power by he U.S and his dictatorship was horrible for 80-90% of the population (the rest still sees his regime as a net positive not matter how many lives were taken). Mfer lasted 17 years in power but was ousted democratically and Chile was able to advance to better kind of problems as a nation -that we still have today mind you, but it sure beats civil war and vacuums of powers- and avoided the fate of a failed nation.
Maduro had to go, but a worldwide power arbitrary deciding to interfere, do it by themselves and self proclaimed itself as the new ruler of the nation is not the type of move I'm ever going to celebrate or see as a net positive.
That country is fukked regardless, it was going to be shytty with Maduro and whoever he chose as his successor and it will more than likely be shytty with the internal fukkery that ensue in the coming years.
Not sure what you mean by being willing to see what happens next. We are all gonna see what happens next regardless of our willingness![]()
I won't knock your experience since it's firsthand. But I'm not changing my opinion

Trump is like a real-world Maegor Targaryen. If his evil, corrupt self can remove someone who's been a thorn in our ass for a decade, I'm not gonna criticize.
Biden should have done it already, he didn't just want the negative blowback. So let Trump be a useful idiot.
. Trump much more disastrous to the united states than Maduro could ever dream to be
Pointing out that the U.S. is destabilizing Venezuela and much of Latin America is acting “Holier than thou”?
I can see you in the Secretary of State Office right now...."Maduro has done nothing to us yall, he's not that bad"
