Basically full mod tools for bf3 on pc. Custom server options like removal of suppression or that stupid blue tint. Removal of lens flare etc
In that preview vid alone there are mods for an Infected type game mode, a top down shooter mode, a bf3 version of Project Reality(popular mod for bf2 which became its own game, Squad) and full map maker tools
Last I checked it bf3 was free with amazon prime this month and its cheap as hell on origin
some mods require the dlc maps which are cheap anyways and servers are still poppin
