The lox played ALOT of their own shyt

some of them were songs that had features but they were still their songs

and g unit is an early 2000 era group

you acting like they peaked later on or something

You're twisting it on the slick. Those weren't songs that had features. THEY WERE THE FEATURE. Huge difference. Then they insulted the viewers' intelligence with the chitvthey were saying in the process - which rubbed me the wrong way but I understand rap has the dumbest audience nowadays so why not.

The mixtape crew era was moreso mid 2000s.

Name the songs bruh. I’m not listening to 50 Cent, Banks or Buck today. Most people aren’t. The Lox are essentially an extension of the Bad Boy Era and the DMX Era. And in result, their music resonates with people more than G-Unit does.

What Up Gangsta
I'm A Warrior
Popping Them Thangs
Gd Up
I Smell p*ssy
Shorty Wanna Ride
Many Men
In Da Club
Heat
Straight Outta Southside
Stunt 101
Places To Go
Hustlers Ambition
Window Shopper
Karma
Beamer Benz Or Bentley
Whip Your Head Boy
Runnin (Yayo Verse)
Hate It Or Love It
How We Do
Ain't No Click
Victory Freestyle
Get Buck
Money In The Bank
You Don't Know
On Fire
50 Shot Ya
How To Rob
My Buddy
Wanksta
GUnit Soldiers
187 Yayo
We All Die One Day

shyt I've barely leaned into their mixtape material. They have alot of shyt that still resonates and was made for big crowds.

Like I said though the performance and unity won't match what The Lox put down.

And you say that no one is listening to them any more, their streams are a hell of a lot more than The Lox or Dipset til this day.

Beans powerhouse freestyle was trash , the lox disses were all better than that repetitive philly shyt. State p is nowhere near lox and beans nowhere near jada. Styles and beans is debatable on who’s better but styles killed him in the battle ,beanie fans swear he’s like a Mount Rushmore candidate and the truth and the reason are illmatic and RD foh lmao Philly or roc a fella stans

I'm not spinning anything. Everything I said was facts and I said this was gonna happen weeks ago in this very thread.

I'm also in 2 other threads riding for the lox legacy so what chu saying?

Repetitive philly chit? Thanks for telling on yourself and proving my point.

I've been thinking and I think Eminem and 50 Cent should do a versus against each other. They're close enough and competitive enough where it wont be too serious and itll be a good show. It'd be the best rap matchup outside of Jay and Nas.

I bet if 50 wouldve could rewrite history, he wouldnt beef with anybody in NYC outside of Ja. Thats why 50 always bigs up these upcoming nikkas like Pop and A Boogie..
nikka beefed with D Block, Dipset, Fat Joe, Jay, Nas, etc. And the nikkas he didnt beef with (like Fab) he didnt even work with

50 really didn't need to collab with anybody. The problem is, alot of his chit was just corny and formulaic.

It ain't like 50 was gonna drop a classic 16 on a feature. That wasn't his style.

What's the point of him doing a song with Fab? So we can watch Fab rap circles around him?

That Harlem arrogance is something else.
When the lox did Banned for TV, Cam should have replied with his

Naw

Cam not a side-dish rapper. Dipset stuck to their own catalog the whole night instead of relying on other people's hits.

it would've been dope if he said "I'm on that song too but I got my own hits.".........but the lox would've just talked over him or changed the subject like they did the other times they got called out.

I don't like the freaky zee j ey disrespect in your post but I think I was cool with everything else.

They was trying to get by on swag alone. Can't come out and do the patty cake dance like you're still 20 years old with a 35 to 40+ year old crowd.

Especially in a battle against aggressive bar spitters that came to embarrass you.

Dipset showed up for a verzus. They didn't show up thinking it was gonna turn into the fresh-fest. Dudes brought beach chairs on stage for Pete's sake - which is normal for a verzus, btw.

I mean, I knew it was gonna be the livest episode but I wasn't expecting all that chit from the lox.

The Lox ambushed them. That's wassup but why people playing dumb about it?

G-Unit's catalog is more known thanks to 50 but Verzuz is about performance and Jada proved it twice already, Ross proved it against 2Chainz etc. If one party takes a verzuz as a battle then it has the edge even if its catalog is inferior.

Honestly, I thought Dipset would be close but the gap was ultimately huge because of that. If 50 or Banks half asses their verses and don't bring the energy, they will lose the verzuz. Song for song, G-Unit is superior but the performances and showmanship matter more in that setting.
when has 50 not brought the energy to a performance

50 has no issue controlling the crowd

yayo knows how to hype the crowd

g unit vs lox would of been the best outcome

n g unit wont lose to the lox ...they have better bangers

and the one thing the lox wont be doing is bullying 50....
