After watching the whole thing I enjoyed both groups. Yeah Dipset got murdered but they did they thing.

Breh that's nostalgia, that's why i posted that song. I never understood why that was a big song. I ain't 1 of these lyrical miracle rap fans but that song was wack az fuk imo. I'm a big fan of pac, btnh, cube, dogg pound , dmx just for context.

It's not nostalgia. It's a classic.

The Lox were the ones relying heavily on nostalgia and mostly from the nostalgia of other artists. Dipset isn't as old and they were playing alot of more recent stuff. The Lox tried one recent song. The crowd got quiet on them and they pulled the plug. But yall keep saying dipset relied on nostalgia. It doesn't add up.

Also, You admitted you only know dipset from the internet. Respectfully, this battle wasn't really for you. It was for the streets.

Man The Lox tore this to shreds. I'd be lying if I ever said I thought it would be this one sided. Dipset were terrible performers outside of Cam and clearly weren't built for this format.

You can tell that The Lox came up as battle rappers in Yonkers and performing alongside the greats.

to them for holding it down. Would love to see this give them another wind to make some classic music. I haven't been impressed by a Lox album since "We Are The Streets".

Man listen...it was so much Funny and Entertaining fukkery going on in this battle but beyond that. It was a good ass time even with Dipset lackluster performance the whole event was lit.

My question for the booth is this. Had Dipset went on with the same brotherhood, teamwork and well prepared energy as The Lox do you think they would have won? I think Dipset would've had a better chance. Plus DIpset's DJ was Fukking Up.
