Is this the footage of the hillbilly who loads his rifle in the officers face while the officers begs him to put the gun down over and over again. The man says no and the officer keeps repeating himself. The officer shoots at him, the hillbilly ducks behind the car door taking a shot to the stomach. I decided to read up on it and it lead me to a Police Officer's forum which said he had been previously reprimanded for "excessive force" (brandishing his sidearm) by the Sheriff during an election year. He also only had one or two shots in the first clip and had to reload during the shootout.
