I used to read these too. I forget what year it was when I started feeling this way but VSB started falling off for me. I'm kind of surprised to see this thread, I didn't think it was still live like that.

I always felt like that site tried too hard to be cool. I started going there a few years ago but stopped because it felt like the writing was just too cool. Sounds weird but it wasn't a natural cool. Ima try again but even the first article I read (today) just seemed like they were trying (Kylie Irving article). I get it, the articles are more conversational than anything but the writing is just weird to me. Ima keep trying tho, I did like a few articles a few years back
