That's not bad at all, imo.
But the major point of enjoyment is watching as a community. Losing that hurts

The only Versuz I watched was Premo v RZA and it was pretty bad due to audio. It’s morphed into something more professional and I commend the idea, it’s just not content I will sit down and watch. I’ve seen clips from the memorable moments (Jada for instance). That being said they’ve got a large audience watching and are selling ads which=money. If you want to introduce an HD option for $ that’s fine. But charging people out the gate is laughable overkill. They’re gonna try it again, on a better matchup. This is a business plan that’s months or a year in the making…

Swizz said it was gonna stay free and it was for ‘us’ and ‘the culture’ then sold out to white. Once they cashed out, Swizz and Timbo has to accept the words coming their way afterwards. Just like Jay and Tidal, they pimped out the terms ‘us’ and ‘black owned’ with that then he sold out to white, he’d have gotten heat if people cared about Tidal like that

Swizz and Tim are smart dudes they had to know the money is in the merch the concert is supposed to be the gateway, even at 2.99 it’s a hard ask to sell a concert on PPV
90’s styled graphic tees, long sleeves, hoodies etc. price em reasonably, don’t over produce them, and make them available for a limited time so there’s somewhat of an urgency and scarcity to them.
shyt you could even sell vinyl/cassette tape copies of the concert with some bonus content that only happened for the live crowd for nostalgia/collector purposes

lets be honest nikkaz don't value each other or Black business. 2 years of free shows and now it's how dare they charge 2.99. but a lot of people will spend that on coffee with no thoughts or complaints.
