I’ll say this. By the time 3 6 Mafia dropped Stay Fly & Poppin My Collar Bone was WAY WASHED UP :hubie:

Then came out with ridin dirty and strength and loyalty... so nah they had a resurgence.

And their careers where reversed. Three 6 wasn't all the way mainstream until stay fly and popping my collar came out... Bone peaked instantly and flamed out towards the end... 3 6 had a slower burn and their peak while high never reached Bone levels

Bone better not come on lip syncing...... please don't do this. Bizzy has shown he's the only one that can really put it down consistently without a back track so I hope he convinces them to go straight live.. Im a big bone fan but vs is gonna get them alot of eyes that probably never payed attention to them and I don't want them to give a weak first impression.

Also with Lord infamous and Koop being dead.... the moment us fans have been waiting for all our lives may not live up to the hype :francis:

Three 6 also has a rotating cast of members... who are we getting? Do these nikkas even get along enough to show up on stage together?

Bone is winning this. They're one of the greatest groups in history. And they should've been facing off against WU-TANG.

Wu can't fukk with bone... they would have to break off into solo shyt to get the win... from a group perspective Bone>>>>>>>>>the rest of the rap game

Outkast can probably give bone a run of you consider them a group. In a vs setting centered around popular music... outkast just might win

Nah bruh. Bone fell off after their second album. Their peak was crazy but they fell off quick. Three Six had Sippin On Some Syrup way before Stay Fly you trying to tell me that wasn’t a mainstream hit???

Also the cultural influence of bone>>

disagree there…and I say that as someone that has been saying for years on here that Bone doesn’t get anywhere near the respect they deserve for their run in the mid 90s…I say all the time they were waaaay bigger and more impactful for my demographic than Wu during both their peaks…and were obviously one of the biggest acts in mainstream music during the E. 1999 era…but as far as cultural influence go, they were damn near corny white boy shyt a half step above Tech N9ne post Art of War :patrice:….whereas triple 6 has direct tangible impact on the culture all the way to the current date (see: Knife Talk is ringing off right now)

now that might not matter in a Verzuz…Bone might be able to run away with this with damn near nothing but songs from the Clinton era lol…and I have no idea what the performance aspect of it will look like …like how the Lox just destroyed dipset off the sheer power of the art of live emcee’ing … I could see Krayzie or Bizzy just wowing the crowd by flawlessly killing some of their classic verses…or Bizzy could come out on stage on his drugged out weirdo half a faq shyt and utterly confuse and bewilder an entire generation of muhfukkas that ain’t seen nor heard these nikkas in 20 plus years :russ:

Also wonder if Paul and J dip into their producer bag…would be dope if they got Bun, Big Boi, and Dre3k to do International Player’s Anthem and had the crowd do Pimp’s verse :wow:

Lord would have thrived in a setting like this. Like I said earlier, they gotta incorporate Lil' Infamous into this shyt. He's gotta know some of his dad's tracks by heart. Lord would have also kept Paul and Juice from hogging the mic for the whole battle (I can see Crunch (logically) and Boo not saying much during this event.

Side-note, it's still criminal that Paul left Lord off the Murder On My Mind mixtape track with Bone back in 2013. :snoop:

Not gonna lie...As a kid from New York at the time I thought sipping on some sizzurp was a UGK song... and even though I was a kid I'm pretty sure some older people thought the same.

And bone was still going plat up until their 5th album... just because they weren't going multi plat like before plat is still plat so even their fall off was on par with sizzurp era 3 6

It's the lil Wayne sydrome. They didn't shine until the bar was lowered.

They weren't good enough to stand out like that in the 90s or even the early 2000s.

Hence, the reason why it's mostly younger fans claiming that they're all-timers and making crazy statements like calling them the most influential group of all-time. Lol.

They weren't even tops amongst the double-time rappers.

He ain't serve nobody.:heh:

They are the most influential group of all time, modern rap basically copied their entire style they been doing since the early 90s

but that's why the game is fukked up

Bone will easily wash Three Six Mafia, because they way better artist and make better music, and that will be obvious when they go ahead to head

nothing else is matters that's why this a competition we will see who's better and it will be evident
