This is gonna be dope. Three 6 got more heat but I get the feeling they'll do a lot of their later joints when they got that mainstream attention.

They could have a very poor or very good showing depending on the tracks

bone had bigger hits than those a 1-2 years after those songs came out. along with a platinum album, platinum movie, an AMA, BET hip-hop and grammy award - all while staying low key.

youre confusing washed up, with simply not playing the industry game. just cuz juicy j does songs with mike will and these new cats, it dont mean chit when all his albums flop.

and those 3-6 mafia songs you listed, wouldnt make a dent in any golden era.

people were asking for it, because the krayzie/dj paul battle got cancelled on the day of, after swizz intervened.

its not like it was a proposed dream battle.

bone gonna do numbers regardless.
That is a flat out lie :scust:Stay Fly came out in 05 & Bone never went more than Gold on anything after that. I don’t know what platinum movie you’re talking about :heh:

This the revisionist history is very astounding :manny:

I'm just happy that Krayzie about to get his flowers cause he's the fukking GOAT.

Dawg most people don't know..Bizzy is a crowd fav and my fav tbh ..But Krayzie is the heart of the ship. Prime leatherface was unfukkwithable. He came up with most of the melodies ideas harmonies hooks all that shyt. He dont get mentioned but real ones know

Sound sound sound
This aint even fair. Bone got some mfin classics but Paul and Juicy catalouge is way too deep.

That Project Pat Mista Dont Play album sound like it came out last week. That album came out 20yrs ago.

that album is basically today’s sound …shyt like 5 songs from it have been sampled for random nikkas singles…album is nuts

they’ll probably only play chicken heads tho from it..

Most of this board is about to get educated via this Verzuz. It's a lot of bandwagon 3-6 fans out there who played catch up and you can tell who they are when they bring up Oscars and how they've been relevant beyond 2000. This is the same deal with people who swore Fat Joe was going to wash Ja Rule simply due to Joe being more relevant NOW. They completely dismissed Ja Rule's run and allowed personal bias to take over logic and reason. They struggled to even list 15-20 Fat Joe joints in his defense.

I am from The South and have watched Three Six Mafia's career since the 90's and people in here talking about Three Six Mafia is about to wash Bone are in for a very rude awakening. While this won't be a wash either way, a lot of you will have to acknowledge the greatness and importance of BOTH groups. All this Three Six Mafia is the most influential group of all time narrative is laughable. You can't talk about Three Six Mafia's influence on Hip Hop without talking about Bone. Anything you could attribute to Three Six Mafia could also be attributed to Bone.

exorbitant legal fees
Interested to see this. On the West Coast, so I’m more familiar with Bone since Crossroads was a National hit when I was a youngin + Eazy E’s co-sign. Krayzie Bone and Juicy J had solid solo runs
