That was the best verzuz outside of Jeezy & Gucci. The drama and the guests and the music made this great (should've been in the midwest or down south though) those LA fans can't appreciate shyt like this.

These artist need to work on they playlist, Bone played too much melodic shyt in the beginning that almost put me to sleep. They should've divided it up with the hard shyt and melodic shyt, also didn't play 1st of the month either, I am assuming that was bc of the fight :deadmanny:

idk why they didn't have dj uneek dj for them

Both DJs were shyt. If Juice wasn't rapping he could have DJ'd. He did on a few songs he wasn't rapping on or after he finished his verse and that shyt was live. Juicy J is a dope DJ he just doesn't do it that much anymore.

Sound sound sound
The DJs don’t really matter…the artists are who dictate what songs come on when ..it’s planned out beforehand

technician gets a lot of credit for the lox …but wasn’t he also the dj for fat joe? ..there was no difference in what he was doing there…just the lox had a better strategy set up with him

and you’ll see the artists talking to djs in between Rounds if they want something changed…but bone and three 6 both went by their predetermined plans..only audible was when juicy was gonna do bandz first but I guess Wayne wasn’t ready so they went into whatever the next song was

they had crazy mike which was fine, even though DJ Black would've been better; yes Paul and Juicy can DJ.

if you voted bone then bone won
3-6 fans are fighting hard cause of bias

bone's songs were smoother so people are trying to downplay it
but the songs they played are more universally known. I love 3-6 but they didnt even pick the right matchups .... they just kind of went into shyt and performed normally with 3-6 energy (which was great).
Lemme get this straight, my g, how can you claim that Three Six fans are biased, yet not apply the same logic to Bone fans (who're doing the most in this thread), while also quoting someone who told you they didn't watch it, but voted Bone, and you reply with "if you voted bone then bone won".

:dwillhuh:

"Universally known" songs aren't automatic wins, or more to the point, just because they are wins, doesn't mean they are of notably greater worth than wins that the other side has. It seems folks that are trying to hand Bone the victory in here are just comparing the songs, in a vacuum, rather than valuing them in the context of a battle.

I fukks with Buddah Lovas, but it has absolutely no place at the start of a set-list in a Verzuz context. You're supposed to build the crowd/energy when you start a show, and having this as their third song was completely out of place, and felt like some HS barbershop harmony quartet shyt, rather than a rap battle. Someone actually made a great point a couple pages back, in that a lot of Bone's material doesn't translate well to an environment like this. While they may be great songs in their own right, aren't great for Verzuz the same.

Before the fight they played 3 hard songs and one melodic. Buddha luvaz is what caused the fight. Before that it was no surrender, body rott, look into my eyes (with wish Bone doing his verse which Subliminally addressing the 3 6 beef) which is why I say bone was winning until the fight.

They probably should've did bud smokers only instead of Buddha lovaz so early. But for nikkas to act like they came out singing is 100% false

The trajectory of the rounds changed without bizzy... they had to figure out what they were doing. And he was gone for like 4 songs... Bone definitely won the first 4... you can say 3 6 won the next four by default because Bone was off their game.
