Looking at the crowd, this shyt should have been in New Orleans. If not New Orleans, Atlanta would have went up too.

That Vegas crowd is some cheeks.

You're correct but I think people are missing the biggest element here.

No Limit's run was 30 years ago........Like literally half of their set was from 96 and 97.

Most No Limit and Cash Money fans are flat out OLD now and are at the crib with their families. Sure you have some younger Cash Money fans because of how extended their run became but for the most part, their fans have families, are old and washed up.

They damn near needed to have this at the Essence Festival in order to get their true fan base out.

How P don't own the song? It was on his label. She ain't gonna win shyt

P lost the No Limit catalogue in bankruptcy and court cases against Beats By The Pound. That’s why we don’t get anniversary albums, why many of the albums aren’t available on streaming and why many of the albums that are on streaming are released on random labels (scroll to the credits on streaming sites).

It’s another reason Baby pops so much ish because he still owns all of Cash Money and P lost all of No Limit.

I don’t know their specific business dealings …but young boy needs to get far away from birdman..dude is leeching off him big time for like the past 5 years..the random shout out at the end like NBA is the only clique that matters just struck me as weird

Youngboy has been managed by Fee Banks (Lil Wayne’s best friend) since he started.

Fee also managed Kevin Gates to get him a major record deal.

Birdman has literally been helping Youngboy in the music industry since 38 Baby dropped and been one of his biggest supporters.

Wild as it may seem, Fee and Baby are actually the reasons Youngboy hasn’t SUPER crashed out and is in the position he is in now.

The yungins always respect Baby because he shows em love.

So yes, Cash Money is basically still on a 30 year run lol

I’m honestly kinda glad it played out like it did. If Wayne showed up how many Wayne songs would we have heard?? Or how weird would it have been overall? I’m not ready to say this crew whipped that crew. They played most of their heavy songs so if you’re a fan of these crews you should be fine other than the fact that it was too short

I don’t think it would have made sense for Wayne to come. It’s pretty clear that they were capturing a specific era and Juvenile was the flagship artist during that time. Wayne is too big of a star to play a supporting role.
