I remember in real time as well, and growing up buying so many of those releases on both sides, Cash Money always had the singles heat, No Limit always had the deeper cuts that hit. I could probably do my own No Limit set list of 20 songs without putting any charting hits on there. That’s not a slight to Cash Money either. No Limit had sheer volume maximizing as much of the 80 minutes of a CD as possible, to the point where even acts like Prime Suspects, Gambino Family, and Ghetto Commission had hard stuff. Cash Money at it’s core were Hot Boys and Big Tymers, basically 6 acts with releases more spread out over time.

ALL FACTS, nothing but truth

I went to the NL concert in 98 and to this day that is one of the greatest concerts I’ve ever went to and shouldve been a blueprint for large crews like the WuTang to do.

It was All No Limit, every artist on their roster performed. The only NonNL people that performed was the people on Snoops set (Nate Dog, DPG, etc)

If Rza was like P, he should’ve been just had and All WuTang Clan tour with nothing but the main clan and I guess the affiliates of their choice like a Sunz of Man or Killa Army, and etc
