Nah, I ended up in one of the best private hospital in the country. I say that to say i had multiple specialists tell me that I'm very healthy and that's why it wasn't as bad as it could've been. They couldn't figure out why it happened

But the thing is I ignored something that was wrong with my body because I, at the time, considered it insignificant. Turns out they started in my legs and I could've treated it then instead of waiting til they got to my lungs

Since your incident was considered unprovoked, are you on blood thinners for life?

I had a friend die of Leukemia at 19. I've probably known upwards of 50 young people / friends who have died and I'm 31. Life isn't promised and the crazy thing is I've seen this so much, but it's so hard to maintain perspective that the little shyt you stress over isn't worth the stress... even though these types of events are always reminders.

yeah man, i also had a coworker diagnosed with breast cancer only was 30 years old. She beat it but it was sad seeing her with a bald head going through chemo etc. so young.

You never know can be feeling great today, wake up tomorrow in pain go to the dr and be told you have a tumor

Life is short just got to cherish each day

I just watched the video and read the article... that shyt is sad.
This is why whenever I'm feeling "off", I have no qualms about getting 2nd and 3rd opinions, if necessary. I'm pretty in tune with my body and I can tell when something isn't right. I refuse to let one doctor hold my health in their hands.
