What Vice is doing is disgusting. I was a huge Vice fan until recently with articles about underpaying their employees and now these sexual harrasment/racism allegations. I do appreciate them for help bringing the Charlottesville situation to national attention but that doesn't make up for all the abuses this company had done to their employees and subjects. So fukk Vice until they change their toxic atmosphere and policies.

This is nothing new. Those who know about VICE and work in media have known about this for years. People are underpaid and treated like garbage, but will put up with it because they work somewhere cool. I don't feel bad for anyone that works there. If they bothered doing some research, they'd have known about the culture. At least the parties are cool.

I am pretty sure I know the person who put that first reply up about differences in pay. It could be someone else though. But if it is her, from what she told me a while back is that she was suing them since early this year.
When she worked there she would constantly complain how bad it was. Also said the office was very overcrowded and she never had a desk. She was in a pretty high position also.
